I booked rooms for wedding guests, and the service and staff were poor. There was no water in the rooms, the washrooms weren’t clean, and the flush didn’t work in any room. Don’t book here, or your guests may not be safe.

The receptionist was attentive and behaved well, but the rest of the stay wasn’t great. The rooms and lobby weren’t clean, and the service was mediocre.

At check-in, Tulip Sarover Sector 18 hotel told me they had sold out and couldn’t check me in, making silly excuses. They later suggested cancelling the booking and booking offline instead. We weren’t given water, towels, or soap either. The reception staff member was unprofessional and spoke to me far too casually, like I was a friend. I wouldn’t go there as a couple.
