I’m asking for the excess charge to be reviewed and refunded. I booked two rooms from 02.01.26 to 04.01.26, and the other confirmation number was 90055EE057429. At booking, the final amount shown was about 20,200 INR, but my bill at checkout came to roughly 29,300 INR. I had also booked an extra mattress for one guest for one night, at an additional 1500 INR, and that should be taken into account. The manager said there was confusion about my bill. I had cancelled and rebooked a couple of times using the same email within 48 hours. He showed me bills with amounts they had picked at random because they weren’t sure which applied. I made the changes after seeing an offer from Ramada to join its rewards program and get a discount of 1000+ INR per night. I selected it, which brought the booking amount down to around 20,200 INR, but the manager couldn’t see the discount in his system and charged the higher rate. The stay itself was also unpleasant. Staff were rude to us on two occasions, and there were several arguments. I’ve heard good things about Ramada, the hotel chain in the premier category, and hope this will be looked into fairly. The food and snacks were amazing, and the staff served everything well. The decoration and lighting looked good, though the flowers were only okay and looked very sad, not fresh at all. The soft drinks had no fizz, and the other beverages didn’t taste good. The AC wasn’t cooling enough either. We booked the venue for our daughter's mehndi. The swing design we shared wasn’t even 20% close to what they made, and they used different fabric from what we suggested.

Dinner at Ramada Hotel Pitampura was a great experience. The food had authentic flavors and looked impressive, and the elegant setting was comfortable too. Staff were attentive and courteous the whole time. A lovely spot for a family dinner or business meeting, highly recommended.

I booked online from Germany and arrived tired from travelling, only to be really disappointed by the room. I wasn’t up to arguing, so I left my heavy luggage there, went to another hotel for the night, then came back the next morning to collect it. Please don’t book here or waste your time, energy, and money. You can find a better room at any random nearby hotel.

The reception team and the other staff were very good and cooperative, but the stay was just okay, not very good. My room was a little small, and I could hear the neighbouring room's phone ringing, doorbell, toilet, and conversations. The buffet breakfast wasn’t very tasty, and the food quality wasn’t great. Jaipur ramada is much, much better.
