Mr. Sachin was approachable and tried to help as much as he could, but he didn’t have enough authority to sort everything out. The food was delicious, but the service was very slow. Snacks started late and were over in 40-45 minutes, even though we’d been promised 2-3 hours. The decoration was even worse, with poor coordination and no fresh ideas. The team seemed set on doing what they’d done for years, despite promising more. Rooms need attention too, with leaky taps, broken ACs, and leaks in the shower area. I’d strongly advise against hosting a wedding here if you want a hassle free event. The owners should replace or outsource the decoration and service teams.

The only downside was that we had to choose from Fairlie’s own vendor panel and couldn’t bring in anyone from outside. We hosted my brother’s wedding function here for two days, and the halls were beautiful. The team agreed to everything with a smile, and the arrangements were top notch. The food was good, service was quick for a small property with 35 rooms, and the staff were courteous. Mr Sachin and Mr Negi were easy to reach and ready to help with whatever the families needed. Keep up the good work 👍

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family and guests, and the staff were supportive and courteous throughout. We held our wedding celebrations at Fairlie Resort, Chattarpur, New Delhi, on 26th & 27th November 2025. From haldi through the engagement and wedding, everything went smoothly and as planned. Thanks especially to Sachin (SPOC) for coordinating so well, and to Praveen and the décor team for the beautiful setups. Fairlie Resort made the occasion memorable. Highly recommended!

A wedding celebration here cost us lakhs and turned into a waste of money. The food was pathetic, and the staff weren’t cooperative. Room service was awful, it took 5-6 hours just to get water to a room, and the guests got irritated. The decoration vendor ruined everything, while the DJ played breakup and sad slow songs that bored people. The rooms were bad too, with poor lighting and AC that didn’t cool in any of them. They didn’t care when we complained. We booked this venue for the engagement, haldi, mehendi, and wedding. Not recommended.

Went to my cousin’s wedding here last weekend. The banquet hall looked beautiful, the food had a good range of excellent dishes, and the staff made sure guests were comfortable. I’d recommend it for a big event.
