The staff were extremely rude when I checked in, and the whole thing felt like a scam aimed at people without a physical ID. I’d booked and paid online through the Ixigo app, but they made me pay another 500 rupees because I didn’t have a printed ID. I showed them my government-verified DigiLocker ID, and they still refused to accept it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. This was my experience, guys. If you won’t accept a WhatsApp copy, you should mention that online too.

The staff really stood out. They were friendly, polite, and ready to help with a genuine smile, and I appreciated the care they put into their service. The bed had a used condom left inside it, and the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. Staff didn’t speak well, and they didn’t even provide a water bottle.
