There’s no breakfast or Wi-Fi, and even asking for something from the hotel brings a Rs 50 service charge each time. The manager’s attitude was poor, too. My OYO booking showed less than Rs. 1,000 per room per night, but when I arrived they pressured me to pay Rs. 1,500 or said they would cancel it or move me to another hotel. I was in an emergency and urgently needed a room, so I paid Rs. 1,500 per day. They also made customers rate the hotel on OYO using their own phones, which is why I think its rating looks good. They charged me Rs. 1,500 a day without listing that bill on OYO, and never gave me a bill. It was a very bad experience, and I won’t stay there again.

The manager was rude, refused to check me in, and left me waiting at reception for 30 minutes. He then wanted Rs. 2,000 in cash to let me stay. The OYO app’s 4.9-star reviews seem entirely fake to me. He spent two hours talking with an OYO executive and smoking cigarettes with an attitude, but nothing got resolved. Once I transferred to a new hotel, he was suddenly willing to check me in. Don’t waste your time or energy there, even if the deal looks good. Hope this helps.

The staff are friendly and check-in and checkout were easy. The rooms have all the amenities, and the bathrooms and bedsheets were clean. It’s also in a great spot, within walking distance of Rohine east metro station. A great property to stay at.

The first room we were given was awful, so I had to escalate it with Oyo to get another one. The place was badly kept, the linens were stained, the towels torn, and the washroom dirty. Staff were okay. Oyo should make sure stays are consistent and do surprise inspections. A budget hotel shouldn’t have to be a bad hotel.

The staff were good, but there are a few things the hotel needs to improve. There was only one bottle of water, and no tissue or toilet roll in the washroom. They didn’t serve evening tea, even though we were willing to pay for it. If guests are paying, why not provide tea, water, and toilet paper?
