I booked because the price was very high, so I assumed the hotel would be good. That was my first really bad experience here. The staff's behaviour and service were poor. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, and when I showered, water flowed all over the room. I told reception, but they didn't respond well or give me a decent room.

The room smelled foul and had a bad feel to it. The bed was poor, the bathroom was dirty, and there was no handwash or towel. The photos didn't match reality. At this price, it wasn't worth it. These hotels seem meant for unmarried couples staying an hour or two, not families.

I reported an unsettling incident to management after a staff member tried to touch me inappropriately. I'm a straight male, and I was shocked and felt unsafe. If this can happen to men, I can't imagine how much worse it might be for women. Management did almost nothing about it. I strongly advise against staying here if your safety matters.

We were travelling as a family of six, and the front desk staff were highly unprofessional. They told us to pay first before they'd let us into the room. The rooms felt unhealthy and dirty, with a sticky, uncleaned table, a filthy washroom, and used bedsheets. They wouldn't even provide plates for food we'd ordered from outside. A really pathetic experience.
