Haritma Resort

I loved the pool and its view, with sunbeds, a small bar, and an outdoor shower where guests can relax. The whole resort is clean, green, and colorful, and the scenery makes for amazing vacation photos and videos. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, with lush green surroundings that give you a village feel and a connection with nature. It’s a lovely place to go for rest and relaxation, and the accommodation feels luxurious.

There’s lots of greenery, and the spacious cottages are nicely laid out. The location, approach, and surroundings are excellent. But the place is understaffed, and the staff need training in hospitality and manners. The locker, TV, and fridge in our room didn’t work, and reception, maintenance, and housekeeping were painfully slow to respond despite repeated calls. There were no bathroom towels at first, and the ones brought after we asked weren’t clean. The bathroom also has nowhere to put soap, shampoo, or towels, and there are no towels at the pool. Food and snacks were below average, so they need a good cook, even if not a trained chef. The property could be one of the most sought after if they fix these issues, but after my first stay I’m having second thoughts about the family get-together I was planning there.

The restaurant was a highlight for me. The food was delicious and inventive, and the local dishes had bold, vibrant flavors. Luxus Haritma Resort is in a beautiful spot with mountain and greenery views, a welcome break from city life. The rooms are luxurious, the pools are beautiful, and there’s plenty of outdoor space. I especially liked lounging by the pool and enjoying the scenery. Staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. I’d recommend it for a relaxing, luxurious getaway, whether you want to unwind, explore nature, or enjoy good food.

The route is clear, the location is marked well on the map, and getting there was amazing. It’s a beautiful property and worth the money. The man at reception guided us well, and the staff were polite and genuine. The pool was neat and clean, service was fast, and they went the extra mile to help. I was satisfied.
