Holiday Inn New Delhi Aerocity by IHG

The restaurant downstairs was good, and as a diamond member I got a discount. I wasn’t keen on the automatic service charge, though the restaurant staff were nice and friendly. The on-site bar showed live sports, which was good, but I thought the drink options were limited. There are nearby bars in Aerocity within walking distance. I stayed twice, first for two nights and then for one. On the second stay there was only one bottle of water in my room. During the first stay the shower head was very dirty. I asked to have it cleaned, but they offered to replace it instead, which was fine. Staff were friendly, though the person checking me in seemed inexperienced and should have had better training. He noticed I was a diamond elite member but didn’t know what perks I got.

Being close to the airport made travel easy, especially for early flights and late arrivals. The location was very helpful, and I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were welcoming, and the service was warm and attentive. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the food was consistently good and high quality. It was a nice balance of comfort and convenience, and made travel stress-free.

I stayed for a night and everything was easy and hassle-free. Check-in went smoothly, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good. The hotel is super close to the airport, which was a big plus. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, just what I needed after traveling. I’d definitely stay again.

We all loved the experience and the ambience at L' Osteria Bella, the hotel’s Italian restaurant. The place is tastefully done and big enough for a table of 12. The food was really good and well made, especially their inhouse dishes. I’d certainly recommend it to anyone who loves Italian cuisine.
