There was constant noise, no peace, and basic facilities weren't working properly. I paid good money for stress and discomfort. The filthy room smelled awful, the bedsheets were dirty, the bathroom looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and everything seemed broken or neglected. I didn't feel safe or comfortable at any point. Staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful. Every request seemed like a burden, with no professionalism or respect for guests. This place ruined my stay and wasted both time and money. Calling it a hotel insults real hotels. Worst experience ever, and I'm never coming back. I'd strongly warn anyone considering booking: don't. Save yourself from this nightmare.

I spent two weeks in room 104. The receptionists, front office staff, and everyone else were polite and helpful. Thanks for the service, lads, and keep up the good work.

The staff were kind, polite, and helpful, and the stay was good. Still, for the price, the room wasn't worth it and felt too expensive. Water from the geyser and tap came very slowly, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The location is good, but the bathroom was tiny and tap water came very, very slowly. Service was poor because there were few staff, and there was no intercom in the room. A kettle was provided, but there wasn't a suitable power socket at the table to plug it in. After my first night, the receptionist took my phone and submitted a five-star review himself.
