Hotel B Continental

I left my charger in the car and asked my manager to send it through Porter. They sent a different charger that didn’t work, so I lost money on both the charger and the Porter fees.

This stay ruined my trip. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and missing basic amenities, and I didn’t feel any hospitality or customer care. It seemed like they took the money and gave as little as possible in return. The room wasn’t what had been promised, and when I complained, Shalu was arrogant and took no responsibility. She was also extremely rude and unprofessional, after agreeing to one thing and delivering something completely different. My booking was under Ankur Tourism travel agency. I’d strongly advise people to avoid this hotel, especially Shalu.

The bathroom hygiene was poor, and the old taps and commode barely worked and need replacing. I was also disappointed to find there was no in-house restaurant, something that wasn’t disclosed when I booked. Food is ordered from a menu in the room, but 90% of its items were unavailable and the options they did have were very expensive. The hotel is on a congested, noisy road that’s dirty and badly maintained, making it unpleasant to arrive and leave. It wasn’t worth the cost. I’d avoid this hotel and hope management addresses these problems.

Our first impression was really bad, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The rooms look good, but the air conditioner didn’t work. There’s a dining area, yet I saw them order food from Zomato for guests. The hotel is on a very muddy road, and the car was parked in the mud too.
