Hotel Bel Morris

The rooms were satisfactory, but poor management and unprofessional staff behavior made the stay disappointing. After checkout and completion of all formalities, Seema at the front desk kept calling me for reasons I couldn’t understand. I was on an important office call and cut her off several times, but the repeated calls continued. It felt intrusive and highly unprofessional. This suggests a serious lack of training and professionalism in the management team. I strongly recommend against the hotel and won’t use its services again. The hotel should train staff in basic etiquette, professionalism, and respect for guests’ boundaries.

A nice location, roomy rooms, and very supportive staff. It works well for a party of up to 100 people.

We paid high prices for facilities that didn’t work properly, and the owner showed no hospitality or accountability. The room itself had broken fittings, an AC that leaked and gave no cooling, and generally unhygienic conditions. Maintenance was basically absent. We booked a Superior Room but got a Deluxe Room instead. When we raised the issue, they made excuses rather than fixing it. The whole stay was terrible, and I’d never return. I strongly suggest spending your money elsewhere, where better options are available at better prices.

The staff were friendly and very supportive, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and good. With a perfect location, I had a very good experience.
