The bathroom was spotless, and there wasn't any odd smell. It's a small hotel, but very clean, with fresh towels and helpful room service whenever we needed it.

The staff and rooms were good, and we had a nice stay with my family at hotel bill palace. Rinku ji and his father, the owners, were friendly and very cooperative. The rooms were clean and the service was good.

We felt safe here, which mattered most to us as a group of women traveling from Nepal. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and very helpful, and the prices reasonable. We weren't sure where to stay until my senior recommended this hotel, and choosing it turned out to be a great decision.

That was a terrible stay. The bathroom smelled and was dirty, and the elevator seemed dangerously old. There weren't any power sockets by the bed. You had to call room service to get a hot shower, and breakfast was only served from 08:00 to 09:00. The hotel itself was old and dirty.

Karan and Ajeet Singh were a huge help during our stay, and the housekeeping team, Murli, Suresh and Phoolchand, did a great job too. We had a wonderful time at the Hotel and really appreciated everyone's help. We'll definitely come back, and I'd strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.
