We were disappointed with the stay. There was no hot water, and cleanliness was only average for the price. The staff at FabHotel BMK Grand were very rude and unprofessional, and the service was poor. We booked directly through FabHotel experience manager Abhinav Kumar, who promised a late checkout at no extra charge. On checkout day, the hotel manager refused and asked for 30% more. Abhinav didn't respond when we tried to get help and still hasn't replied. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

The location was good, but the rooms weren't good and the staff weren't very supportive. Thanks to the FAB employees who helped me out.

The hotel is tucked deep inside a residential colony, and the gate from Outer Ring Road closes in the evening. The rooms have plenty of space, but they need repairs, the furniture is in very bad shape, and the bathrooms are unhygienic. The property is very old and urgently needs a lot of renovation.

The staff were supportive and I had a good experience overall, but room service needs work. They should provide the dental and grooming kit, slippers, and a bucket at check-in. Hot water also takes too long to come on, it should be available from 6 am.
