There's no ventilation in the rooms, and the service is pathetic. Don't count on drinking water or warm water from the geyser. They switch off the geyser very cleverly. When I asked for drinking water, the guy said, "You've troubled us so much. Can't you get the water yourself?" The RO point he indicated was empty.

The bathroom was like a dirty garbage room, and the sheets, blanket, and pillow smelled awful. The room was extremely dirty. The TV was broken, and there wasn't a proper socket for charging appliances.

Safety was the only thing that seemed okay. Everything else was upsetting. I was charged for 2 days, or 48 hrs, at intake even though my whole stay was under 48 hrs, and they overcharged me by 500 rupees. There was also a lot of drama over the facilities. In hot weather they stopped the aircooler, saying they couldn't afford to provide it for 500 after we'd negotiated and agreed on the price. It was as if this were some star hotel. They collected too much and still put me in an insulting, embarrassing situation. I had to shout, fight, and scream with the morning hotel staff just to get the AC turned on. Only a few staff members were polite enough to listen to people away from home and understand their problems. Others acted as if we worked under them, and that attitude doesn't belong in hospitality. There are plenty of other places nearby. You can simply walk in and stay somewhere else.

At night we heard a noise and found a RAT among our things. When we complained, the manager said it was their fault but offered no compensation. Cockroaches were also around the room and toilet. The room was extremely dirty, with stains on all the walls and broken furniture. The sheets were ripped and stained too. It was one of the worst experiences of our lives. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
