Hotel Breeze

I felt insulted and uncomfortable when my sister came to visit. A staff member named Deepak rudely told me she couldn't see me in my room, and said bluntly that even a short visit would mean booking another room. His manner was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. It was an upsetting stay. Guests deserve basic courtesy and some understanding, especially in hospitality. I will never recommend this hotel.

The bathroom taps were rusty, and the toilet seat was missing its cover, while the part that was there had come completely off the seat. The room was unpleasant and the washroom even worse. I ordered one thing and received something else. The prices may be the cheapest possible, but the service reflects that. This is probably my first one star review. I'll attach a picture that should be convincing enough to keep anyone from staying here.

The bathroom flush didn't work when I used it yesterday, which felt really unhygienic. Ugh, I've never had a hotel experience like that.

I wouldn't book through the OYO call centre again. They persuaded me to reserve a room at a hotel that had left OYO long ago, then refused to refund me when I raised it.
