The breakfast is one of the best parts of staying here. I’ve been coming to Hyatt regebcy BKC for years and travel a lot. It isn’t perfect, but I’ve found them quite responsive to feedback and willing to improve the guest experience. I value the thoughtful little touches, too. With BKC’s excellent location and connectivity, it’s a good balance for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of South Delhi.

The club lounge was a highlight for me. Its evening offering from 6-8pm had some decent options, and once you get there the service is lovely, even if the corridor leading to it feels a bit odd. I was upgraded to a fairly spacious suite thanks to my loyalty status. It’s starting to feel dated, though, and the lighting is too dim in a way that isn’t atmospheric. The aircon control panel was especially annoying because it stayed so bright and couldn’t be switched off or covered. I had to sleep wearing an eye pad. Breakfast was mediocre, with nothing especially interesting in the spread apart from ice-cream, which probably isn’t what many people want in the morning. Service can be slow, so expect to wait. The hotel itself is decent, and the metro exit is almost right at the doorstep, which makes it easy to reach.

You feel looked after throughout your stay here. The staff are polite, helpful, and always smiling, and the service feels personal. Mornings are a treat too, with one of the best breakfasts I’ve had: plenty of choice, fresh food, and great taste. Hyatt Regency Delhi is calm and comfortable, and delivers consistently on warmth and service. I’d recommend it for both.

The location is convenient for getting to business districts, embassies, and major attractions, so Hyatt Regency Delhi works for both work trips and leisure. The atmosphere feels calm, elegant, and professional. It’s a dependable luxury option for business conferences or family stays, with a comfortable balance of quality service and a central New Delhi location. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well kept, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Housekeeping is prompt and cleanliness stays high. Staff are polite, professional, and ready to help. The hotel has several dining options, and the breakfast buffet includes a broad mix of Indian and international dishes. The restaurants and lounges also suit casual meals or business meetings. The pool, fitness center, spa, and conference halls are well equipped for relaxing, meeting, or holding events. Security and safety arrangements seemed well managed.
