Hotel Corporate Suites

Dinner was really tasty, and the hotel manager, Mr Sachin Singh, was excellent throughout our stay. He was accommodating and sorted out our problems. Unfortunately, that couldn’t make up for the rest of the experience, especially at INR 10,000 a night. We expected much better. Avoid this dive. When we arrived, our rooms weren’t available, so we were sent to sleep at another hotel. We asked to stay there for the whole trip, but were told we couldn’t and had to move after the first night, which we really didn’t want to do. The hotel is advertised as being in Aerocity, but it isn’t. Booking through a third-party app will leave you disappointed. The area was loud and felt much less safe than Aerocity. The rooms are dated, which was fine, but they weren’t cleaned during our stay despite repeated requests. Only after the manager stepped in did someone mop the floor and replace the towels. The showers and toilets still weren’t cleaned. Housekeeping were rude to us twice when we asked for cleaning. One receptionist was also rude and dismissive, and turned to talk to other guests while we were discussing room problems. I didn’t catch his name.

I had booked months ahead, and the hotel reconfirmed on arrival day that they’d pick me up from the airport, even asking for my flight details. But when I landed at New Delhi Airport, nobody showed up. I called and messaged repeatedly and got no response. Later, a taxi driver called from his phone and they answered right away. They said the hotel was overbooked and they’d send me to “another property.” They hadn’t mentioned this beforehand, and it felt very unsafe. I was left without a room at night, stranded at the airport, cold, exhausted, and distressed. After exiting, getting back in was difficult. As a woman traveling alone, I found it frightening. The hotel’s handling of the pickup and last-minute change seemed misleading and unreliable. I’d strongly advise other travelers not to book here.

For a low-budget place, my room was acceptable. But fumes from the kitchen extract system kept getting into it so badly that I couldn’t breathe and my eyes watered. I complained at reception, and a few minutes later I heard a large fan stop. The room was still contaminated. After another half hour, the fan started again and the fumes began building up. This could be dangerous to your health, and you won’t get a good night’s sleep.

We spent more than 20 minutes waiting for the airport shuttle after being told the driver was on the way, even though guests are supposed to give the hotel ten minutes’ notice. It felt disorganized and disrespectful of our time. The surrounding area also felt unsafe and unsuitable for families with children. The room was in an appalling state when we arrived. The sheets were stained, the bathroom tap had fallen off, and the toilet hadn’t even been flushed. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly after the previous guest. The shower area was filthy, and there were no towels. The hygiene and room preparation were unacceptable. Cleanliness, maintenance, service, and location all fell far below a reasonable standard. I’d tell anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere.
