Hotel Perfect Palace by OYO Rooms

I stayed here with my foreign friends from 1st December 2018 to 3rd December 2018, and it was the worst hotel experience of my life. The rooms were very dirty. Staff were unprofessional and ill-mannered, and seemed to have no idea how to speak to guests. They called it a new building, but there was no ventilation, and the hot water didn't work. Food service was pathetic. Our order took an hour to arrive, and when my friends' daughter got food poisoning, the staff couldn't even give me a doctor's phone number. At checkout they gave me a bill with a service charge, written on plain paper. There are much better hotels in Mahipalpur for service and price.

The service was really pathetic, and the staff seemed to be looking for chances to extract extra money for every little service. The locality didn't feel good, and this isn't a family restaurant. It's about 5-7 km from the airport. The room was gloomy and stuffy, with no windows or ventilation. Bedcovers were dirty, pillow covers were torn, and they hadn't even cleaned the previous occupants' hair. The toilets were dirty, the flush didn't work, and there was no toilet paper. Water from the AC came into the toilet area and made the whole place messy.

I left after 15 minutes and booked somewhere else. I checked four or five rooms, and every one was in the same awful state: no working door lock, dirty mattress, untidy room with visible oil stains, and I found four or five cockroaches on the bed. The bathroom flush and pipe weren’t working either. I wouldn’t recommend renting a room here, even at the lowest price.

I only stayed for 6-8 hours before my flight, but the room was dirty, and the sheets and pillowcases looked like they hadn’t been changed. The hot and cold taps are separate, so there’s no way to get warm water. At checkout they took my email but never gave me a receipt or sent any update.
