The rooms weren't clean and looked different from the online photos. The washrooms were like public toilets, and the sheets were dirty. The receptionist was drunk. We'd paid offline, and he gave our female friend a room. As we were leaving, she called to say the door wouldn't close, so we returned and moved her to another room. Then the receptionist claimed we'd also booked online and had to pay him for that too. We hadn't booked online, we had only called to check whether the hotel was open and ended the call. The online booking wasn't even in our name, and they offered no solution. He threatened not to refund the amount we'd already paid and said he'd throw her out at night. It was terrifying.

The room was clean, the facilities worked, and the stay was comfortable. They never gave us the TV remote, though, and kept making excuses. That was annoying, but otherwise it was a good experience.

The room was tiny, and mosquitoes kept me up all night. There was also noise, so it wasn't quiet. Light from somewhere else reached my room, which meant it never got fully dark. There wasn't even a doormat outside the toilet. I'd pay ₹200 more and stay somewhere decent, maybe around Karol Bagh. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The rooms and bathrooms were in poor shape, and the bedsheets and blankets were dirty. We picked this place as two couples because of its reviews and its location near Ashok Park Main Metro station, but arriving there left us regretting the choice. The low price didn’t make up for how much it affected our stay. I wouldn’t rely on the Google or OYO ratings after this experience.
