Hotel Dream Palace

Getting there is a problem too. From Laxmi Nagar Metro Station, there’s no transport and you have to go on foot, and the location is bad. The service was poor, and although the place is listed online, they’ll push you to pay more and say they don’t take online bookings. Around this area, everyone seems to ask for more than the listed price. I’d avoid it.

They cancel your reservation before you arrive and don’t even tell you, then use a lame excuse to cover it up. Once you get there with nowhere to turn, they offer you a room at the same place for more money. Very poor management.

They don’t take online bookings, and the staff seemed suspicious and sketchy to me. It gave the impression of a scam or some other shady business. Save your money and avoid this place. There are plenty of hotels nearby.

This property hasn’t been available for three years, as far as I know, yet it’s still listed on Google Maps and in the OYO app. Please remove the listing. I suggest people don’t book it through OYO, which apparently also doesn’t know the property is unavailable. There’s no hotel to stay at here.
