That rooftop restaurant and outdoor seating felt like a safe refuge from the chaos of old Delhi. The hotel is in a really good spot, though Ubers didn’t like driving down the main bazaar road. We stayed four nights. Our room was okay, generally quite clean, but had no window, a weak shower, and quite a lot of bathroom mould. Staff and food were good. I’d recommend staying here.

The reception staff speak good English and are really helpful. Everyone working here was among the nicest people I’ve met in six months of travel this time. I’m so glad I found this hotel in Paharganj. The rooms are spotless and nicely decorated, and I’d recommend it to anyone staying in this part of New Delhi.

The rooftop is delightful, and the staff are kind and responsive. We moved here from a cheaper hotel that didn’t meet our cleanliness expectations, and this one is very clean. It was exactly what we wanted for the price, which felt just right to me.

The manager Manoj gave us useful advice and was exceptionally helpful. After three nights here, I’d definitely stay again and recommend it. The hotel is well placed for exploring New Delhi, the bazaar, and the train station. Rooms were clean, and there was a good choice on the breakfast menu. Thank you, Manoj, for making our stay in India memorable.

The food was tasty and available around the clock, and the hotel is in a good market area for shopping. Staff at Hotel Gold palace were really helpful whenever we needed something. Mr. Manoj handled our questions about the stay and travel, and was a very good person. They also arranged a cab for our Agra tour at a reasonable price.
