I was here for 10 days and had a good experience. Everything was comfortable and well managed. A special mention to the security guard, Mr. Ranjeet Yadav, who was always polite, kind, and supportive. I really appreciate his service and the way he treated me. Thank you!

The room service team treated my mother with real patience and sensitivity while we were staying at Golden Saffron Hotel during her treatment at CK Birla Hospital. The staff were attentive, kind, and supportive throughout. I’m truly grateful for their warmth and professionalism, and we had an excellent experience.

I chose this simple, standalone hotel because it’s just a stone’s throw from a metro station, which was very helpful to me. It’s in a busy part of Shivaji Park in Delhi. There was no hot water in the shower, but they arranged a heating rod, which helped. The property was satisfactory for me personally. It has a few small flaws, some of which were addressed to a degree, especially by Aditya, a trainee at the hotel.

It was an okay stay, and the location is good. The staff didn’t seem focused on guests. The AC wasn’t cooling properly, and after I told reception, they didn’t respond or fix the problem. I had to put up with the heat.

I was in town for work and had a really comfortable stay at Qotel. The food tasted good, and the staff were courteous and keen to help. It was a great experience. Thank you!
