The staff were supportive, and the service was lovely. The food was very good too, and it’s conveniently close to the airport. The hotel’s amenities and service were fabulous. Thank you 💝

For an overnight stop near Delhi Airport, the location is very convenient. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean as well. There’s no shower curtain, though, so water splashes across the floor. The food was decent, service was good, and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

The hotel rooms, food, and service were good. I stayed for two nights and would visit the hotel again. My issue is with my agent, bhavish ponala. The tour package was 23,500 per person, all included, but the service was bad. He didn’t arrange a vehicle for Khaza to Manali, so I arranged my own and paid for it. For Manali to Rohtang pass, I also went in my own vehicle and had to pay. Another 30k of my money was wasted. bhavish panvala is a fraud, a thief.

This area works well if you need to catch a late-night international flight. Just know that the airport may look close, but the cab has to go the opposite way and make a U-turn to get there. That adds a little time and cost, though it’s not a deal breaker.

Our bedroom had a balcony, and the air conditioning was good. Breakfast was complimentary, and the service was great. A great hotel.
