The service was good and attentive, but the rooms were badly maintained and not clean. The cushions smelled, and there were oil or food stains on the bed linen and pillows. The toilet and sink were dirty too. That was all I could see at a glance, and I chose not to open, explore, or touch anything else in the room. Breakfast selection and food quality were terrible, so I'd recommend eating outside the hotel.

My husband and I stayed because I had an exam nearby the next day, but the experience was horrible. The room and toilet weren't clean, and the bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep well. There were no slippers for the toilet, no kettle or iron, and the dental kit cost an extra 50rs. Worst of all, staff knocked on our door at 11:30 at night while we were asleep. They apparently had a technical issue with the Oyo booking, but whatever the reason, I'm never going back.

The location is the best thing here. It's opposite Nehru Place and very easy to reach. It's a good budget hotel for training sessions, small events, or get-togethers. I attended a three-day training, and the food they served was fantastic all three days. The staff were courteous too. The one issue is parking: there's no covered lot, so your car has to be parked roadside in front of the hotel.

The breakfast choices were limited, and the rooms were plain, without the atmosphere you get at other hotels. The staff were dull, and I didn't like any of the service. They'd misplaced the card key, so I was given an actual key instead. I'd choose another hotel if you have a little more money. Boring, and it sucks.
