We arrived late at night and had to find somewhere else ourselves, which was stressful. After waiting almost two hours, the staff showed us rooms with poor facilities and an unacceptable feel, nothing like what had been advertised. They'd said they'd find us a nearby place because the hotel was full, despite our confirmed Booking.com reservation. The whole thing was badly managed and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially if you're arriving late or need to rely on a confirmed booking. I won't recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, and the price felt very affordable for the area. It's close to the Mini Bazaar and Beit Chabad, yet set in a quiet spot. The employees were dedicated, provided good service, and took care of whatever I asked for. When I arrived, they helped me with everything right away, and I had a really good stay. I'd recommend it to Israeli travelers and tourists in general. When I'm back in Delhi, I'll stay there again.

The bathroom didn't seem properly cleaned when I checked in. Also, the shower heater wasn't working in the extremely cold weather. I told reception about it 2-3 times and was told housekeeping would look into it, but nobody came. At first I was given a single bed even though I'd booked a full/queen bed. They changed my room after I asked at reception. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Great location, but the rooms and service were awful. There was a smell in the room and corridors, and the room wasn't clean. The kettle hadn't been cleaned, there was a dead insect near the wardrobe, the door knob was broken, and there was no TV. Not recommended.

Hotel Ambience is close to connaught place and Rama krishna metro station. The staff were cooperative, and Mr Noor and Mrs Swati and their team were very helpful. Room service and the bathrooms were good too. I had a wonderful experience, with fantastic rooms for the price and a complimentary breakfast that was great.
