Hotel Mint Casa

The room felt peaceful and had a nice atmosphere. Everything in the room and bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr.Suraj Kumar at reception, and support was quick to respond when called. Food variety and especially the taste could be better.

It felt safe, and there are roads nearby that make getting around fairly easy. The hotel sits inside a residential colony where locals often go for morning walks. The ambience and room service were good, though finding the road that leads to the entrance can be a little confusing.

We had a great stay at Mint Casa. Check-in was quick, the staff were humble, and our suite was ready when we arrived. The suite looked lovely, though the rooms could use more light. Food was good and reasonably priced, but delivery took over 30 minutes. Getting there takes a bit of figuring out: arriving by cab, get off at the nearby petrol pump and use the small gate; in your own car, enter Friends Colony through the third gate and drive to the far corner. It's on the main road, right at the corner. I'd come back, it was good value for money.

The location is good and the atmosphere was nice, though the hotel felt a little expensive for what it offers. The room was very small. The AC worked well, but the shower didn't work properly and the cleaning wasn't good. Food quality was okay, while room service needs improvement. We couldn't find a first aid kit, so if someone got hurt they'd have to go to the nearest medical facility. At first I was going to give it three stars, then changed my mind and gave it four. Hope they improve the service for guests.
