Staff did respond when called, and check-in and check-out were hassle-free. There was a lift, too, but that didn't make up for the condition of this Deluxe Double Room at Hotel Klick International. It felt small for a room called “Deluxe,” and cleanliness fell short, with visible dust on the wooden bed frame and other surfaces. There was no wardrobe or clothes hangers, and neither the room nor washroom had a dustbin. The main door lock was broken, leaving only the upper sliding latch working, which didn't feel secure. The TV didn't work properly: staff switched it on with a master remote, but the paid channels had no subscription and the free ones didn't work either. One power socket was out of order as well. The washroom fittings felt shaky, and water kept leaking in the toilet area, making constant noise. It was quite noisy in general, even around 10 to 11 PM. Maintenance, basic amenities, and cleanliness need serious improvement. I wouldn't recommend it if you expect a proper deluxe standard stay.

It's best to consider this only if you need an economical place for one night near the market area or New Delhi railway station. The rooms aren't great, and it's a 2 star hotel at best, so I wouldn't recommend a long stay. Don't rely on the ratings or pictures on Goibibo or other third-party apps.

My comment is only about the price charged for the room. The bathroom stayed wet all the time, and the flush didn't work properly. The food wasn't good either. I don't think the hotel has its own kitchen; it seems they order from outside and serve it in their thali. For this property, the charges are too high. Only the name is International.

The room felt cramped, and the geyser not working made the stay uncomfortable. After checkout, the manager said he could offer a better, reasonable rate for my next visit. When I called later, though, the quote was higher than the price online, which came across as misleading. The stay itself was average, and I’m rating it three stars. Better upkeep and clearer pricing would help.
