Hotel Km International By OYO Rooms

We’d booked two rooms for my family three days ahead, relying on the 4.7 Oyo rating. When we arrived at 11 pm, they wouldn’t give us rooms. Eventually they offered a very dirty staff room, so we had to cancel that night and find somewhere else. I ended up staying at the railway station, which at least felt safe. I’ve never seen such a bad hotel. The staff were the worst, with no professionalism. Please choose somewhere else.

The staff kept insisting I give them a five-star rating, and said otherwise I’d have to leave at night. I booked through Oyo after reading the reviews, but the place was nothing like I expected. The rooms were awful too. I’ve never had an experience with a hotel and staff like this. Don’t even consider staying here. They’ll make fools of you.

They switched off the AC at night, so we were trying to sleep in scorching heat, and then gave silly excuses. They also wanted more money than the Oyo app showed. The service was terrible. We had to move rooms because the flush in the first one didn’t work. One of the worst experiences I’ve had.

The staff weren’t professional, and the water from the tap was yellower than a mango shake. There was no complimentary breakfast, and power cuts took up about 20% of the time with no backup. The rooms listed as 3x were really 2x, and they didn’t look like the pictures on the Oyo app.
