Hotel Lagoona and Banquet Hall

I stayed at Hotel Lagoona on 19th November and found it unsafe, uncomfortable, and not worth the money. The electricity boards were broken, which seemed dangerous and could cause an electric shock if touched. The bathrooms were untidy and unhygienic, the rooms were very dirty, and I saw cockroaches roaming around. The receptionist was very rude, and proper service staff weren’t available, with just one kitchen guy handling everything. Staff also kept asking extra charges for every small service, which felt unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Goibibo showed a price of 1100 something, but when I got to the hotel in person, they asked for an extra charge. The service was poor, and the staff were uncooperative and very arrogant. I was really disappointed.

After a long day, I ordered room service at night and found a cockroach in my food. That was shocking and unacceptable, especially at a hotel of this standard. When I reported it, staff didn’t even apologize or offer any reimbursement for the inconvenience. The hygiene issue and dismissive response are deeply concerning. I expected much better from Hotel Lagoona and Banquet Hall in Delhi, and wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they seriously address these problems. This should communicate my dissatisfaction and hopefully prompt the hotel to take action.

The location is quiet and beautiful, with a good view and a peaceful feel. At Hotel Laguna, I found the staff helpful and courteous, the rooms spacious and equipped with amenities, and the food good, with both local and international cuisine. A good choice for a peaceful, relaxing stay.
