For a gathering of about 50 people, the basement banquet hall is small but appropriately sized. The decor and service were decent. Check the invoice and GST carefully, though. They don’t provide a proper bill and won’t accept a printout sheet.

The only thing going for this place is its location near the metro. My stay was pathetic. The rooms smelled, and the bedsheets and blankets were filthy. There were staff around, but nobody would listen to my concerns. At checkout, their printer wasn’t working, so I had to wait at least an hour for the bill with my luggage in the corridor. It’s not worth staying here even for free.

Being near the metro is the hotel’s one good point. The rooms smelled, and the staff didn’t behave well. I complained about the TV, but they never fixed it during my three days there. After the trip, I found that similar hotels nearby offer better service for less money.

For what the hotel charges, the service doesn’t measure up. There was dust on the electric jug and the tabletop was uneven. Google Maps also showed the wrong location when booking a cab, and the Ola driver argued that he should drop me under a tree in a nearby residential area.
