We arrived late and were checking out the next morning, so we didn't complain. But the mattress wasn't very clean, and the blanket we got was completely torn with its stitching coming loose. The room and bed quality need improvement.

Everything was so neat, and I loved the service. I had a really good experience at Hotel Leo in New Delhi, with such friendly staff. I'd recommend it 100%.

The rooms were okay for cleanliness and the service was fine, but the location isn't great and didn't feel suitable for a family. It's tucked inside the gully if you go straight; otherwise, it's a long way from the NDLS railway station.

The rooftop is lovely and the location is spot on. For foreign travelers, I'd say this is the best service you'll find in Paharganj. The staff are helpful, care about their work, and look after the hotel well. They may be tired sometimes, and a room might not be perfectly cleaned, but speak kindly and don't shout, and they'll do everything for you. Ignore the negative Google reviews. Stay here and you'll be satisfied, no doubt.

Service was poor, and the staff were rude. Multiple guests have reported unprofessional behavior from the front desk and hotel staff, especially over check-in and checkout or billing disputes.
