The caretaker, who looked about 18 or 19, was cheerful and helpful, and the receptionist who came on later was quick to arrange another room. But before 9:30 p.m. on 2 May 2026, the moustache-only receptionist was rude. When I asked to move because the AC noise kept me awake, he said every room had the same issue and I would have to put up with it. The room was reasonable for the price, but there were problems throughout: noisy AC, fans that didn't work properly, no TV remote, and towels never arrived despite repeated reminders.

We were left scrambling for a room at 8 p.m. after the reservation was cancelled, with no help or compensation from booking.com. I had booked through them, but both addresses listed for the hotel were wrong, and I only discovered that after taking an Uber to each location. The hotel staff were rude, and the owner told booking.com they knew there was an address problem on the platform. Still, they cancelled the booking and left us stranded. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The online photos made the rooms look clean and lovely, so the condition at check-in was a shock. Renovation was underway, leaving dust everywhere and a paint smell in the rooms. A complete disappointment and waste of money.

What we got at the hotel didn't match what was promised online. The rooms were dirty and smelled bad, every TV was out of order, and staff charged extra for basic services. The price at the property was also higher than the amount shown when I booked through Booking.com. Very disappointing.

The pictures didn't match the rooms, and the price at the hotel was higher than what Booking.com showed. The bathroom was dirty, the cupboard was broken, and there were cigarettes in the room. I also got an electric shock from water in the washroom, probably because of a heater issue. Not even a one-star place.
