Hotel Delhi 37

The hotel was really, really dirty and bad. The sheets were filthy, the room was grimy, and there was a damp smell throughout the place. Food quality was poor too. On top of that, the hotel manager kept pressuring us to give a four-star rating. Never go here.

We booked three rooms for our family and stayed from 20th September to 23rd September. Most of the stay was pleasant, and we were very satisfied with the food, rooms, service, and location. The other staff were helpful and courteous, especially Mr. Baljeet Singh, who was very polite and always ready to assist us. I was disappointed by Mr. Khushi Singh (Operation Manager). At dinner, I politely asked for two extra empty plates. Although they were right in front of him, he refused and asked why I needed them and whether I’d ordered from the restaurant. He waited for another staff member to deal with it instead. The next day I went back to the restaurant for hot water and was insulted in front of other staff. He asked inappropriate things like, “What are you doing here? Are you working here? Why are you standing here like this?” That was disrespectful and unprofessional toward a guest. I think Mr. Khushi Singh would benefit from training in guest relations and professional behavior. We appreciated the rest of the staff, but this incident marred an otherwise pleasant stay.

I paid a good amount for a premium suite, so I expected better value. The room was quite large, but the bathroom was terrible, with water collecting across the floor and making it very dirty. I told the manager, and he just ignored the feedback. Not worth the money.

The staff behaved well and made the stay more comfortable. It’s easy to reach the airport and the highway from here. Thanks.
