My stay didn't match the high volume of positive ratings that led me to book. The property was disappointing compared with what was shown online, and the reviews didn't seem genuine to me. The narrow lane makes it very hard to reach by car, and there's no proper parking on site. You have to leave the car outside. Staff say cameras cover the area, but I didn't feel it was secure enough. It didn't seem suitable or safe for families, especially those with children. Avoid it if you can.

I came here after my flight was delayed a day and I needed somewhere quick and cheap. The food was good, and room service was fast. But the room itself was small, with windows that wouldn't open and no ventilation. I felt suffocated because the AC wasn't working at all. The hotel is down a narrow lane, so cars have trouble dropping you off, especially in daytime traffic. If I stay here again, I'll check the AC and bathroom before taking the room. The good Google reviews were what convinced me to book.

I paid for two nights and an extra day because my flight was at night. The money itself wasn't the issue. What bothered me was DISIKA lying about the rate and changing the price when an international guest was checking out for the airport, when they may not have time to argue. She had first said it would be 2500 per night for stays longer than one night, or 3000 rupees for a single night, which already seemed unscrupulous. At checkout, the attendants called her, and she lied about the rate over 1500 rupees, less than $17 bucks to me, not even the cost of my daily lunch. She made herself lower than dirt for that amount. I only stayed because the nearby hotel Foxoso was booked. The rooms are dilapidated and roach infested. Yes, I killed a baby roach. Please stay away. Don't be fooled by the ratings, which look like they may be from friends and family. This place is TRASH, and the dishonesty is the issue.

The rooms were decent, but the price felt high, especially since they charge for a full day even when you stay less than half of one. I checked in at 11PM the previous evening, yet they insisted I leave by 12PM or pay more. After I asked several times, they gave me just one extra hour. I didn't find them very accommodating.
