The breakfast team handled the morning rush with so much care, and check-in was effortless. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels around this city, but none have been this efficient. Pankaj Singh helped arrange a car at the last minute and saved my schedule. I’d recommend the place for its service alone.

The hotel has real potential, and its location on the main Delhi Jaipur highway, close to the airport, is a plus. I was there as a wedding guest. My room was comfortable and had been refurbished, though the upkeep needs attention and the details could have been better. Food was okay, not great. Service was slow, even though the staff seemed to be trying hard. I saw one or two managers who acted professionally and put guests first; the rest seemed just okay. The junior staff worked hard. What really let the place down was the hospitality. At breakfast, a guest complained at reception that the restaurant lights had been switched off. Instead of showing concern, an older manager argued that he had every right to check the guest out. I later heard from staff that he was the owner. He used abusive language in the lobby, with other guests nearby who could hear him, and seemed more focused on backing the receptionist than on the guest. I’ve never seen that kind of attitude elsewhere. It felt like he was running a dhaba rather than a professional hotel. My experience was mixed. The owner needs to learn hospitality, or his attitude will surely cost the hotel repeat guests.

The food was amazing, and I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout my stay at Deemark Hotel and Resort. Staff were welcoming and professional, with prompt, very fast service. It was a great experience, definitely five stars.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The staff made me feel unwelcome, and some were rude and dismissive when I asked for help. There was also little coordination, and even basic requests took far too long. Despite asking several times, I never received my final bill. That’s unprofessional and caused needless inconvenience, and it points to a serious lack of accountability in management. For the price, I expected professional service and decent hospitality. The hotel failed on both.
