Hotel Royal India By OYO Rooms

Some rooms have ACs that don’t work, and even after confirmation and advance payment, our room wasn’t ready. We waited an hour, then had to change hotels. The staff don’t speak to customers properly and are ill-mannered. The hotel is not good at all.

This place is terribly maintained and belongs to the same owner as the hotel from my previous stay. There were cockroaches everywhere, along with all sorts of dirty things I don’t even want to name. I could fill two pages with complaints, so I’ll just say: please don’t book this place. Trust me, it’ll be the worst hotel experience ever.

The rooms and toilet were dirty and stinking, the linens hadn’t been changed, and there wasn’t even any arrangement for tea. I used an OYO room for the first time, and it was a sorry state. None of what was promised was there. It was difficult to stay.

I only stayed because of an emergency and had no other option. The room was dirty, insects were crawling around, and there was no facility or service available. The staff were good, but the place was disgusting.
