OYO 517 Hotel Star View

It was uncomfortable to stay even one night, and the experience didn't match what the online ratings led us to expect. From our stay, those ratings felt misleading. I couldn't see how this counted as a 3-star hotel. The room wasn't properly cleaned, the bed sheets had visible stains, and maintenance across the property was poor. The condition didn't meet even basic hospitality standards. I'd advise future guests to check recent feedback carefully before booking.

The breakfast was included in the CP plan, but when I asked for it, the receptionist shouted at me, denied it was included, and said it would now cost extra. The staff were awful at speaking to guests. The rooms were dirty and there were no cleaners around. It was a disaster. I'll never visit this hotel again, and I'd ask tourists to stay at a nearby hotel instead.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel was well maintained. Manager Salman was professional and welcoming. I had a great stay and would recommend it.

This isn't about the hotel itself, but about the pub below it. I saw people being hit there every night, and people hit back. The pub should be shut down immediately to protect the public. They shut the shutters and threaten people to pay through Google pay. If you go in with a lot of money, you could lose everything. They say bouncers are outside and will beat you if you don't pay. Delhi police vehicles are only a few meters away, but seem to make no difference. It looks like Delhi police may be part of the gang.
