Real goons. I paid the full booking amount for my driver's stay and sent them a screenshot, but they still demanded another 415 Rs without giving a reason. They harassed me at check-in at 11:35 pm. Bad luck if you visit.

The power was out for an hour, and there was no backup. Check-in was a major problem because they initially wouldn't provide a room since I arrived late. The bed had hair all over it, and the room and washroom were dirty. The photos are fake, so don't trust them. I'll never book through OYO again.

This hotel uses false images on OYO and, in my view, fake five-star reviews to raise its rating. Check the one-star reviews. I've seen previous customer concerns about price hikes, unhelpful staff, and dirty rooms, so I'm disappointed OYO still lists it. I was happy with OYO from the beginning, but after this experience I won't trust them again. Don't target customers with misleading photos and reviews. Better not to use OYO if they can't check fraudulent hotel listings.
