OYO 5334 Hotel Jindal Palace

A dangerous hotel. The manager was the only good thing. Every room seems to have an AC or water problem. It feels like a real OYO hotel meant only for local couples staying for two hours. Sorry, but it felt dangerous.

The only good service was the taxi to the airport. The room was large and had two bathrooms, but one toilet wouldn’t flush and the other bathroom’s basin had no tap. It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever come across: food stains on the sheets, a damaged mattress, and dust and hair under the blankets. It took nearly an hour to get one plate of noodles. The overnight manager at the counter didn’t seem to know much about guests’ bills.

Access was good, the staff were cooperative, breakfast was good, and the food was generally decent. The room condition, hygiene, cleanliness, locality, and crowd were all negatives. We had a horrible time. The walls, floor, bathroom, and furniture were filthy, with stains and dirt everywhere, and the beds, sheets, and blankets were gross. Groups of creepy people came to drink with their doors open. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, whether you’re with family or on your own.

This has become my home away from home when I visit Delhi. It’s close to Aero CityCenter, the Metro Station, the International Airport, and three malls. The food is so good, and the kitchen never closes, so I look forward to ordering something when I get back at night. The staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful, and the place is clean and comfortable with a warm atmosphere. Thanks to the owner, Mr Virender, who always cares about his guests. He’s resourceful and helped me connect with businesses I needed for this trip and beyond.
