The staff were very slow and didn’t even listen to us. The cleaning staff weren’t good either. The rooms and mattress were very dirty, the blanket had a hole in it, and the bathrooms were really icky and dirty.

We arranged a wedding ceremony at Sydney Grand in December 2025, and everything was perfect and met our expectations. It was a stress-free wedding and a perfect place for a memorable day. Highly recommended!

The food was only so-so, especially for how expensive it was, and the service was pathetic. Staff were rude. Kunal, the manager, was polite while I was booking, then became rude and insulting afterward. If you're considering this place for a wedding or another event, I'd take it off your list. One of the worst properties I've seen.

Food shortages seem to be a regular problem here. Avoid booking this resort for a special occasion for your children.

I arranged my brother’s function here on 31 Oct 25, and it was a very poor experience. The parking area is small, and the facility manager wasn't cooperative. They asked for advance payment for everything we needed. My advice is never to pay in advance, and don't book if you expect more than 100 guests.
