The main gate is right by a dump yard, which is the first time I've seen that at a hotel. I've watched this place remain under construction from 2009 through 2019, and it's still unfinished. Maybe they're trying to build a second taaj mahal and take 16 years like the Taj. They started a wine and beer shop in the hotel to earn money, while getting other people addicted.

Behind the Usman our thana is hotel de aqua, where you can book parties, dinners, and other events. I had a nice experience, but I don't find it cheap, and there are other hotels with much better facilities.

This place is near my home, so I love it. I'm waiting for it to open fully because I want to work at this hotel.

The hotel is in Shastri Park, but its hotel services aren't available at the moment. There are around 5 to 8 shops here selling wine and other liquor.

It's still an unfinished hotel, and for now it's been turned into a wine and beer hub with lots of shops selling both.
