Cockroaches were roaming on the beds, and the waiters didn’t know how to speak to guests. The service wasn’t good either. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever checked into. I’d rather spend the night in a railway station waiting hall than come here.

From New Delhi railway station, it's easy to get to. You can compare it with other hotels without much trouble.

The rooms were comfortable for two, and the food was a real plus. There's an in-house restaurant with very good food, and rooms were easy to find for around 1,800 a night. A budget-friendly Delhi stay and a good experience.

The staff were nice, especially the guards, and room service was good. It's also well placed for Sadar Bazar and Chandi chownk, with New Delhi railway station within walking distance. Cleanliness could've been better, though. There were worms on the bedsheet. They cleaned it, but the old bed should be replaced.

The bathroom shower didn't work, and the bed sheet was torn. The runners were dirty, with hair on the pillow and sheet, and there was a cockroach in the room. Staff were rude, too. We booked for two people but got just one towel, and I had to fight to get a second. At that price, it was the worst hotel experience of my life. Don't bring your family here.
