Everything I needed was there, and the room was spotless and well cared for. The staff were courteous and quick to help. It was good value, and I’d happily stay again.

I booked a superior deluxe room, but it was tiny, including the bathroom, and seriously dirty. There were cockroaches all over the place. Service was poor too. I asked for a towel and never received one.

I got there late after booking online, but they weren't ready for us. At the last minute they moved us to another hotel, and we had to wait 20 minutes. Not prepared and not welcoming 😞😞😞

A really useful hotel, with fantastic service. In winter they have hot water, and in summer the room has full AC.

The room I got was in much worse condition than the one shown on the booking site, and its position didn’t match the listing either.
