There was no proper parking, which was stressful and inconvenient. The staff were rude and unhelpful, with little courtesy or professionalism, and they made the problems worse instead of addressing them. The room also wasn't cleaned properly, the bedsheets and bathroom weren't in acceptable condition, and basic hygiene and maintenance were poor. It made the stay very uncomfortable. A disappointing, disastrous experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a comfortable, respectful stay.

The dessert spread had plenty to choose from, including ice cream, jam pancake, fruit salad, and halwa. The pulao, roti, and raita were good too. Both the mutton and hot garlic chicken with sauce were just right.

You have to carry your bags to the main road because cars can't get near the hotel. Housekeeping was poor, and there was no room service beyond tea, coffee, and water. The TV and shower didn't work, there was no hot water for a bath, and the bathroom didn't even have a stool to sit on.

Just a few steps from Green Park metro, the hotel is very close to the station. The rooms and toilets were clean, and the food was good. They have their own kitchen, and cleanliness was good overall.
