Hotel Noble Deluxe

The card says, "we believe in relations," but after my stay I'd add relations with every kind of bug. The garbage and toilet smell was brutally pungent, and the place felt like an insect zoo with a perfect breeding ground for its insects. I'd call it The Antinoble Insect Zoo. This was the worst experience possible, though somehow my best experience of having one. I wanted to give it -99999999999999999999 stars, but Google doesn't offer that, so it gets 1.

I've never had a worse experience. The room was filthy, the bedsheets were stained with spit and pugmarks, and there wasn't even bath soap. They didn't provide the hot water they'd promised, and the AC didn't work. I wouldn't give even one star, but Google has no minus rating.

During my full day there, the AC was switched off whenever it suited them, so I had to keep asking staff to turn it back on. The bed linen and bathroom were dirty, and there was a four-hour blackout. They brought candles to the room when I asked. Staff didn't know how to speak to customers and behaved like thieves. Food brought from outside was charged at three times the restaurant rate. It was a terrible stay, and I wouldn't go back if you want peace. I have photos of the staff, who behaved like looters and thieves.

A horrible hotel, and I wouldn't book it. Management and the owner assured us everything would be provided, then didn't provide anything. Management argued with us and started abusing us.
