Hotel Pink Saffron

We left in the middle of the night. There were six cockroaches on my bed, and when we called service, they sprayed and walked away as if it was nothing. The insects also got into my sister's clothes. On top of that, a sharp steel area tore my mother's dress, which had cost ₹3,000 after bargaining. The cupboards folded too quickly and sometimes tilted. Chai took an hour and a half to arrive. For a family, this tiny, unhygienic place was utterly disgusting and the worst hotel.

They charged a lot and gave us nothing in return. The toilets were clogged, the lift didn't work, and the room looked nothing like the pictures. We paid for breakfast, but kept being told to come back in the morning, then the next morning, and never got it. The service was awful. If I could give zero stars, I would. FabHotels or the property owner should address this. Running the business this way is a fraud, and the money won't come to you in a good way. Do business properly.

FabHotels, your service was just as poor. I called to complain and try to find a solution, but the call dropped halfway through and nobody contacted me afterward. At the property, staff offered no help. The room had no chair, AC remote, or basic sanitation items like soap, tissue paper, and towels. There were no keys for the first room they gave us, and the bathroom items were broken. Everything was dirty, including the stained, holey bedsheets. A truly awful stay, please don't stay here.

I checked out after just half an hour. The AC didn't work, there was no LCD, and the fan sounded like a generator. No amenities, the lift was out of order, and the service was pathetic.
