Hygiene and cleanliness were pathetic. The bed and pillows smelled awful, and the towels were very dirty. I was amazed to find a piece of leftover bread with fungus in the drawer cabinet. Mr. Mushtaq, if you're reading this, please maintain good hygiene standards and don't spoil your name. A very disappointing experience.

The food was high quality, the standards were high, and we had a superb stay with nice people. We were treated really well and had an excellent time. We'll choose the same place next time and recommend it. From Sri Lanka.

I spent two and a half months at this hotel this year and really liked it. The hospitality and service were very good, the staff were helpful, and Mister Batacharyaa made delicious dishes. I’d stay here again on my next visit.

The food and beverage manager was excellent, and the hotel had lovely furniture and decor. It’s a beautiful place with an exotic feel, and the owner and staff seem to keep it well managed and maintained. The staff were also well mannered.

The staff were professional and friendly, and the hotel was clean and freshly renovated. I spent about a week here in the heart of Delhi. Hats off to the management.
