The food and chai were delicious, and the staff communicated well and provided good service. The price was affordable too. I’ll use them again when I come to Delhi.

We only needed a place for three hours, but the receptionist was arrogant and treated us horribly. We were charged extra for being just 10/15 minutes late. Don’t stay here, find a better hotel.

A good value stay in a quiet, safe spot in East Patel Nagar Market. The room, washroom, and comfortable bed were clean, and the staff were really good. There are restaurants, cafes, and markets nearby. Rajinder place metro is about 1 km away, walkable or reachable by 3 wheeler.

The hotel looked nothing like the photos, and the room smelled pungent, especially the bathroom. The towel was dirty and stinky, the bed was unclean, and a floor tile was broken. Room service was poor, the food was hell, and the lift didn’t work. They even charge above the MRP for water. A waste of my time and money.

The mattress was badly worn, and when I asked for the quilt cover to be changed, the old one underneath was disgusting. Sheets were filthy, and both the room and bathroom smelled damp and looked very outdated. The Wi-Fi kept dropping too. I’m unhappy with what I paid. For the price, they should replace worn covers and other items. It wasn’t worth the money. 😡😡
