Hotel Royal Saffron By Majesta Stays

We paid the full amount in cash at the start of our three-day stay. When we went out, they took our things and gave the room to couples, then made us wait and assigned a different room when we came back. They expected us to just adjust. They also asked us to cancel the Oyo booking, and I never got a refund. There were no keys for the room. This hotel seems to be for couples who come for just an hour or two.

I arrived very late, so I had to check in. Otherwise, I wouldn't have stayed there, not in my wildest dreams. Everything was filthy and unhygienic: the bins hadn't been emptied, the commodes and basins weren't clean, the bedsheets hadn't been changed, and the jet sprays were broken. The AC didn't work and the water tank was empty. How can you be this dirty? I wasted my money. Booked through OYO, but they wouldn't accept it. So irritating. They're scammers. Don't even consider this place if you want a good stay. It's a complete waste of money and time. Even a negative rating is too good for them.

The hotel is on the third floor, and the lower floors felt shady. I didn't see any women in the whole building, and people looked like druggies. It's as if someone turned a residence into a hotel. Everything was filthy, from the rooms and sheets to the covers and washrooms. Not hygienic at all. There were no towels, soap, other toiletries, or drinking water, and no food options either. Not recommended. For this price, you could find a thousand times better places.

The service was very good, and the room was okay, not bad. But rooms just aren't available.
