The staff were polite and cooperative, and never refused any supplies we asked for. The executive room with balcony and attached bathroom was spacious, as expected for this price range. Still, I had to request a clean on arrival, and glasses and toiletries were missing until I asked. Cigarette smoke kept coming from the staircases and lobbies, especially afternoons and nights. I’m not sure whether staff or customers were responsible. The balcony hadn’t been cleaned either. For the price, the stay was pleasant overall.

The property is nicely done, but I thought the charge was high given how bad the service was. It also seemed to be used by many youngsters or teenagers for a one-night picnic or visit.

I had a good experience at this quiet hotel. The separate geyser for the washroom was especially useful when I visited in 7° C weather: there was hot water around the clock, and I could turn it on or off whenever I wanted.

The rooms weren’t properly clean, and the sheets and towels smelled really bad. The location wasn’t good either, and the price felt high for the rooms.

For the rate, the hotel was clean and spacious, and they were polite enough to send us complimentary tea. But mobile reception was usually absent, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work properly either.
